Authority request handling

The authorities - like NTCA, MBVK, CEVR - often have different requests toward certain companies (like banks). To make these requests easier to manage, we created our solution. With this solution it is possible to automatically process the incoming requests, to set automatic replies, plus the replies can be edited on user interface.
