EWS – Early Warning System – Sales supporting system
The EWS System consists of several modules, which are able to cover the whole sales management. Each module can be used separately, but at the same time they form a complex system. Module handling master data:New user groups, agents and categories to be reported can be constructed and recorded on each menu items of the maintenance surface. Data processing module:The module summarizes all messages after identifying them, then generates simple reports, graphics in conformity with the chosen filtering conditions. These summarized data then can be exported into an excel file. More complex reports are available in the Statistics module of the professional version. Message sending module:This module is responsible for forwarding the incoming and outgoing messages (sms, e-mail). First it broadcasts all the input data for the data handling module, then in accordance with the predefined conditions, forwards its result for the competent colleagues in a suitable way (sms, e-mail). The basic version contains only the sms and e-mail sending function, while handling the skype connection is part of the professional version. Timing module:This module is the amendment of the previously mentioned one, by which timing of the outgoing messages and determination of periodical sendings are possible. Operation of the systemThe EWS System and its SMS service can be materialized physically on the Client's server or on the private server of Guidance Ltd. If the server is operated by the Client the following softwares are required for the installation:
If the system is running on the server of Guidance Ltd. no installation, alignment are needed from the Client's side and means no costs for the Customer. In this case a browser is essential for the Customer to operate this system – Internet Explorer 6.0, Opera 9.6, or Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or higher versions. |
By the design of Kirowski we revivified the DirektNet portal of Raiffesen Bank. After the 6-month-long project the redesign was smooth and expidite to the satisfaction of the bank's employees and clients.

The agents, territorial representatives fix their everyday activities by sms or via mobile application. Afterwards, these data will be processed and summarized by the system which sends reports by sms or e-mail for the leaders of the sales groups and any other managers in a predefined format. It is not necessary to be at the office or at the computer for sending or interrogating the reports, since a mobile phone which can guarantee all conveniences for a user, is sufficient for taking the short messages or the e-mails.
